The service
Kriterio gives a yes, not yet, or no verdict on a web page, against rules you write or choose. It is a decision aid. You stay responsible for what you buy, bid on, hire, read or sign up for. Verdicts depend on what the page shows and can be wrong; always check anything that matters.
Plans
The free plan includes a weekly number of decisions. Pro is a subscription billed by our merchant of record. Pro includes up to 100 decisions a day; automated or bulk use may be limited. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kriterio to break a site's terms, to scrape at scale, or to make decisions about people that the law forbids (for example, discriminating on protected characteristics when hiring).
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
