Kriterio
Chrome extension · free to start

Stop reading pages just to say no.

Tell Kriterio your limits once. On any listing, job brief or profile, it gives you a clear yes, not yet or no, with the reason in one sentence.

  • No account needed
  • Reads only the tab you choose
  • Never clicks or buys for you

See it work

Forty seconds, start to finish.

A freelance brief, a shop page and a house listing, each checked by the real extension. Sound on.

An answer, not a summary

You get the call. You still make the decision.

Kriterio doesn't hand you a wall of AI text to read. It says what your own rules say about this page, and why, in one line.

How it works

Set it once. Check any page in a second.

No prompts to write, no settings maze. Pick what you're deciding, adjust the numbers, and go.

1

Pick what you're deciding

Start from a preset like Buyer or Work and set your own limits. Or describe your rules in plain words.

2

Open any page

Click the Kriterio icon or press the shortcut. It reads the tab you're on. Nothing else.

3

Get the light, and correct it

Green, amber or red, with the reason. Disagree? Tap thumbs-down and say why. Pro learns from it.

Why you can trust the light

Your limits are math, not vibes.

Most AI tools guess. Kriterio splits the job: anything a page can settle is checked in plain code, and AI only weighs in on what needs judgment.

Must-pass rules: checked in code

Prices, fees, counts, dates, ratings, required words.

  • If one fails, the answer is no. The AI isn't even asked, so it can't talk a red into a green.
  • If a fact is missing, you get amber and a box to fill in. No guessing.
  • A price in another currency isn't silently converted. It asks.

Judgment calls: AI, after the rules pass

“The brief says what done means.” “No hidden catch.”

  • It must pick yes, not yet or no. Hedging isn't an answer.
  • It can only quote what's on the page. Invented numbers and quotes are dropped.
  • Your corrections shape later calls for that set of rules only.

Every number in a verdict comes from the page or from you, and Kriterio shows you which.

Use cases

For any choice you make again and again in a browser.

Each preset is a starting point with sensible limits. Change the numbers to match yours.

Your own rulesPro

Write them the way you'd say them. Kriterio turns them into rules you can check and adjust.

“Yes only if HOA is under $400 and the school rating is over 7/10. The street should be quiet.”

What it won't do

It decides. You act.

Kriterio is deliberately narrow, so it stays out of your way and out of your data.

No browsing for you

It reads the one tab you ask about. Not your history, not other tabs.

No clicks

It never buys, bids, applies, signs up or messages anyone.

Nothing kept

Pages are checked and forgotten. Your rules and history stay in your browser.

No ads, no selling

You pay for Pro, or you don't. Your data is never the product.

Free for everyday checks. Pro when it's your workflow.

Questions

Before you install

Which sites does it work on?

Any page you can open in Chrome: shops, job boards, profiles, pricing pages, papers. Presets know the common sites, and you can add your own. It can't read Chrome's own pages or the Chrome Web Store.

What does Kriterio see?

Only the tab you check, and only when you ask (or on a site you turned auto-check on for). The page's text is sent to our server and an AI model to produce the verdict, then discarded. Your rules, history and corrections stay in your browser. Details are in the privacy policy.

Will it buy, apply or message for me?

No. It never clicks anything. It gives you a call and the reason; what you do next is up to you.

How accurate is it?

Numbers and dates are compared in code, so a failed limit is always a no. When a fact is missing or unclear, it says so and asks you instead of guessing. The AI only judges the soft rules, and it can only quote what's on the page. It can still be wrong about a judgment call, which is why there's a thumbs-down.

What happens when I run out of free checks?

New pages wait until your checks reset on Monday. Pages you already checked still show their answer. Pro removes the weekly limit.

Does it work in Edge, Brave or Arc?

Yes, in Chromium browsers that install Chrome Web Store extensions. Firefox and Safari aren't supported yet.

How do I cancel Pro?

Use the link in your receipt email, or Manage subscription in the extension's Account page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
