Read the pricing page before it reads your wallet
Annual-only billing, no data export, a 90-day cancellation notice: the catch is usually in the small print. Kriterio checks the pricing page against your terms and says Start, Check first or Skip.
How it works
- Add Kriterio to Chrome. In its settings, turn on the Subscriptions preset (marked Beta).
- Set your terms: the most you'll pay a month (default $20), monthly billing available, data export, and at most 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Open a pricing page and click the Kriterio icon, or press Alt+Shift+D.
- Get Start, Check first or Skip with the reason, plus a question for the vendor when something isn't on the page.
What it checks
- In code, every time: the monthly price, whether monthly billing exists, whether data export is offered, and the cancellation notice.
- By the AI, quoting the page: anything that locks you in, such as a minimum term or an exit fee.
- Where: any pricing page. Open the panel and choose Subscriptions.
Questions
Does it sign me up or start a trial?
No. It reads the pricing page you opened and never clicks anything.
Can it compare several tools?
With Pro, Compare checks your open tabs with the same rules and ranks them, best first.
What does it cost?
Free covers all presets with your own limits and 25 checks a week. Pro ($12/month) adds your own rules in plain words, Compare for your open tabs, deep check and 100 checks a day.
