Your rental checklist, checked on every listing
Write what you need the way you'd say it: “rent at most $1,500 a month, must allow pets, good light”. Kriterio turns it into rules, reads each listing, and tells you View it, Ask first or Skip.
How it works
- Add Kriterio to Chrome. On a listing, open Kriterio and type what you're deciding in one line.
- Kriterio shows the rules it made (rent, pets, light) before saving anything. Adjust any number.
- Open each listing and click the Kriterio icon, or press Alt+Shift+D.
- Get View it, Ask first or Skip with the reason. Fuzzy things like “good light” are judged from the listing's own words, which it quotes.
What it checks
- In code, every time: numbers like rent and deposit, and must-haves like “pets allowed”.
- By the AI, quoting the page: the things that are hard to check by hand, such as light, noise or condition.
- Plan: rules you write yourself are part of Pro ($12/month). The free plan covers the ready-made presets.
Questions
Does it contact the landlord?
No. It only reads the listing you open. If something is missing, it gives you a question you can copy and send yourself.
Does it work on any rental site?
Yes, on any listing page you open in Chrome.
