Screen a profile in seconds, against your own job description
Paste the job description once. On each profile you open, Kriterio checks the years of experience and the must-have skill in code, reads the rest against your description, and says Advance, Hold or Pass.
How it works
- Add Kriterio to Chrome. In its settings, turn on the Recruiter preset (marked Beta).
- Set the minimum years of experience (default 3), and paste the job description into Reference text. It's read with every check.
- Open a candidate's profile and click the Kriterio icon, or press Alt+Shift+D.
- Get Advance, Hold or Pass with the reason. A missing fact is a Hold with a question, never a guess.
What it checks
- In code, every time: years of experience (only a figure the profile prints) and the must-have skill. The preset starts with TypeScript; requiring other skills is a rule in plain words, which is Pro.
- By the AI, quoting the page: whether the profile matches the job description you saved, and whether anything conflicts with its dealbreakers.
- Where: the preset turns on by itself on LinkedIn profiles, Wellfound and GitHub. On any other profile page, choose Recruiter in the panel.
Questions
Does it message candidates or scrape search results?
No. It reads only the one profile tab you check, when you ask. It never messages anyone or pages through results.
Is the Recruiter preset ready?
It's marked Beta: it works today, and we're still tuning how it reads profiles. When a fact isn't clear, it asks you instead of guessing.
What does it cost?
Free covers all presets with your own limits and 25 checks a week. Pro ($12/month) adds your own rules in plain words, Compare for your open tabs, deep check and 100 checks a day.
